“Beth have more confidence…your hiding behind yourself.. have some balls.. get confidence… just stand there and be confident”
These sentaces and that one word confidence has haunted me my whole life (so far) I can fake confidence day to day but as soon as I get on that stage acting apparently it complety goes and I have absolutely none of it! And every one keeps telling me to get more confident, I don’t know how! How are you meant to act confident without over doing it? Ughhh.. Every one tells me to do it but not the steps to do it, so furstrating.
